Nagpur police have banned photography and the use of drones around the RSS HQ located in the city's Mahal area.
Police in Maharashtra's Nagpur have banned photography and the use of drones around the headquarters of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). A decision in this regard was taken after reviewing the threat perception.
Commissioner of Police, Nagpur, Amitesh Kumar told India Today, "Militants affiliated with terror outfit Jaish-e- Mohammad (JeM) carried out a recce in Nagpur two to three months back."

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
