
Mumbai: Andheri Subway to remain closed for pedestrians every night till September 30

The Mumbai Traffic Police on Monday informed that the Andheri Subway will remain closed for pedestrians every night from June 21 to September 30, news agency ANI reported. In an order, the traffic police said the step has been taken to avoid any accident or loss of life due to waterlogging during the monsoon. The subway will remain closed for eight hours between 10 pm and 6 am every day. The order also suggested alternate routes -- Balasaheb Thackeray flyover Bridge in Jogeshwari, Milan Subway at Vakola in Santacruz, and Gopal Krishna Gokhale Bridge in Andheri.More Related News
