MP: Covid curfew with some relaxations to continue till June 15, says CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan

According to government data, Madhya Pradesh’s Covid positivity rate has dropped to 1.6 per cent while the case recovery rate is at 96 per cent.
With the Covid-19 positivity rate on a steady decline in the state, the Madhya Pradesh government recently approved a phase-wise unlock. The corona curfew, however, will remain in force till June 15 with some relaxation of curbs, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan stated during a public address on Monday. "Infection has been controlled, but the crisis is not yet averted. We need to be cautious," said Chouhan. Weekend lockdown will continue from 10 pm on Saturday to 6 am on Monday, irrespective of easing of curbs. Also, night curfew will remain in force in the entire state from 10 pm to 6 am every day.More Related News
