Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has been taken to hospital bleeding after collapsing. He is reportedly showing no vital signs, reported NHK.
Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was shot at while delivering an election campaign speech on a street in Nara around 11:30 am on Friday.
In the video, it can be seen that the ex-Japanese PM was attacked from behind with a shotgun while campaigning. Gunshots can be heard in the background of the video. The gun shot created a ruckus among the public gathered to listen the former Japanese PM’s speech.
Abe has been taken to hospital bleeding after collapsing. He is reportedly showing no vital signs, reported NHK.
The 41-year-old suspect, Tetsuya Yamagami, was arrested shortly after he shot Shinzo.
