Mo Brooks says Capitol riot lawsuit was served after team unlawfully snuck into his home

Alabama GOP Rep. Mo Brooks said he has finally been served with the lawsuit brought by Rep. Eric Swalwell for allegedly helping incite the Capitol riot – but accused the Democrat’s team of breaking into his home.

Swalwell “is apparently trying to ‘find me’ to discuss my Save America speech. Have you seen me out?! Good ol’ Patriots have!” Brooks said in a tweet Friday. “Guess the libs aren’t looking so hard,” he added along with a mocked-up “Wanted” poster marked with a red “Found.”
