A four-year-old girl who went missing from her house in Budgam was mauled to death by a leopard.
A four-year-old girl was mauled to death by a leopard in the Ompora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday evening, police said. This is my niece.Please make dua. https://t.co/lGSJG3lTcI The girl identified as Adha Shakil, daughter of Shakil Ahmad -- a resident of a housing colony in Ompora, was taken by a leopard while playing in the lawns of her house. He said that after receiving the information, the police, wildlife teams and the Army swung into action and launched a massive search operation to trace the missing girl adding that the body of the girl was traced in a nearby area (nursery) on Friday morning.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
