A 13-year-old boy was killed and four others were seriously injured after a car ran over a wedding procession in Gattuppal village in Telangana’s Nalgonda district.
The accident occurred on Wednesday night during the wedding celebrations of a man named Mallesh from Gattuppala and Sansthan Narayanpura from Yadadri Bhubangiti district.
In the 29-second long video, people can be seen dancing on DJ on a road which was arranged by the groom's friends.
While the wedding procession walked in front, the groom's car followed them. However, it was when the car driver got down to enjoy the 'Barat' that the groom took over the driver's seat even though he didn't know driving.
The car in no time went out of control and ran over the wedding procession ahead, killing 13-year-old Dubbaka Saicharan. Meanwhile, four others, including the groom, were also injured in the accident.
The entire accident was captured on a CCTV camera.
Meanwhile, the father of the deceased has registered a case with Chanduru police into the matter.
