Michael B. Jordan’s Mom Appears Unimpressed Over NSFW Joke About Him At Golden Globes

"Somebody check on Michael B. Jordan’s mom," an X user joked online following comedian Nikki Glaser's spicy quip about the "Sinners" star.
Michael B. Jordan’s mom didn’t appear to be amused by Nikki Glaser’s NSFW joke about her son during the Golden Globes ceremony on Sunday.
During her opening monologue, the host singled out Jordan, 38, by bringing up the actor’s hit film “Sinners,” in which he played twins. The film received seven nominations, including Best Director and Best Screenplay.
“In ‘Sinners,’ Michael played two brothers. Am I allowed to say that?” Glaser said about the vampire film directed by Ryan Coogler. “He played twins, and I can’t believe it. We got two Michael B. Jordans. When I saw that, I was like, Nikki B. Jerking, because that was awesome!”
The camera then panned to Jordan’s mom, Donna Jordan, as she took a sip from a glass, and the audience cracked up. Meanwhile, Jordan laughed and hid his face with his hand.
“I’m sorry, Michael,” Glaser said. “Why did I make that joke? ... I know your mom, I’m so sorry. I should not have said that to you; that should’ve been a DM. My mistake, my mistake!”
Busfield has been accused of inappropriately touching a child while on the set of the Fox series "The Cleaning Lady."
“I don’t want to plant any seeds that I’d be judgmental or whatever,” the actor said on his “Armchair Expert” podcast.
The actor shared her thoughts on the harsh criticism of her performance in "Song Sung Blue," for which she is nominated for a Golden Globe.
The star was recognized with the 2026 Carol Burnett Award ahead of the 83rd annual Golden Globes.
Many people are expressing their support for the Oscar-winning actor.
“As an adult woman? No thank you,” the comedian said after giving her take.
Awards season is ramping up, and there's a whole new slate of TV series and movies to get into in 2026.
“I literally could not believe my eyes,” Kelly said.
The two actors were married in 2005 and later split in 2015.
“But I’m going to crack it," the comedian promised ahead of hosting Sunday's ceremony.
