With Covid cases rapidly rising in Delhi, the city is running out of medicines such as Fabiflu and Favipravir which are used to treat Covid-19. People are unable to find these drugs at pharmacies and vendors say they have not received their supply in many days. As a result, there are long queues at medicine stores and SOS messages requesting these drugs are desperately being circulated on social media. Chaman Gupta, 70 years of age, told India Today that his 30-year-old son-in-law tested positive for Covid-19 and has been admitted to a private hospital in Delhi. The doctors have prescribed Fabiflu but Gupta is unable to find the medicine at any shop. He has looked everywhere in Sahibabad and Noida in Uttar Pradesh and near the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi.More Related News
