
Massive blaze breaks out at Brooklyn power plant: FDNY

A massive blaze broke out on the roof of a Brooklyn power plant Thursday morning, according to FDNY officials.
The fire began at the commercial building at 2701 W. 6th St. at 9:17 a.m. and quickly grew to a second alarm — drawing 25 units, with 100 FDNY personnel, to the scene. Video posted to Citizen shows a large, dark, billowing cloud of smoke rising from the roof.More Related News
