
Man kills self inside Karnal’s Assandh police station

Ramesh Fanda was taken into custody by Assandh Police for being involved in a fight with a mason. He was found hanging inside the police station on Sunday under mysterious circumstances.
An accused who was under lockup at Assandh police station in Haryana’s Karnal allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself under suspicious circumstances. The incident took place on Sunday, September 11.
The deceased, identified as Ramesh Fanda, was a resident of Ward number 3 in Assandh. He was taken into custody by the police for being involved in a fight with a mason.
On Sunday night, he was found hanging inside the police station under suspicious circumstances. The district magistrate also reached the spot after the incident was reported.
Further investigation is underway.
