BJP's Dushyant Kumar Gautam urges party workers to make Tiranga Yatra a public movement in Puducherry.
Bharatiya Janata Party’s national general secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam on Sunday asked the party workers to make the Tiranga Yatra a public movement in Puducherry.
Addressing the workers at BJP office before participating in the Tiranga Rally at Moolakulam, Mr. Gautam said the party should bind the general public while taking out the rally across the Union Territory. The BJP national leadership has decided to organise a nation-wide rally to mark the success of Operation Sindoor and express solidarity with the armed forces. The rally will be held without any BJP symbol or flag.
“You should hold Tiranga Yatra involving general public in all 30 Assembly constituencies in the Union Territory. Maximum public participation should be ensured,” he said.
Party in charge Nirmal Kumar Surana in his address urged the Mahila wing of the party to organise separate Tiranga Yatra in all Assembly segments. The women workers have a big role to play in spreading the success of Operation Sindoor, he said.
Home Minister A Namassivayam, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and party president S. Selvaganbathy also attended the meeting. They also participated in the rally held at Ozhukarai and Raj Bhavan Assembly constituencies.
