After religious places reopened, top leaders from Maharashtra visited various temples across the state on the first day of Navratri.

As religious places in the state reopened, top political leaders from Maharashtra, including Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, visited temples on the first day of Navrati.

On September 24, the state government announced on Twitter that all places of worship would reopen from the first day of Navratri. However, Covid-19 related protocols will need to be observed strictly.
