Suspended Mumbai Police inspector was arrested last week for his involvement in placing the explosive-laden SUV outside billionaire Mukesh Ambani's residence 'Antilia' on February 25. Vaze had approached the court for anticipatory bail on March 12. While refusing interim protection, the court had kept the matter for hearing on March 19.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
