Maharashtra ATS seeks judicial custody of two held in connection with Pak-backed terror module

Maharahtra ATS had registered an FIR against 2 accused in connection with the Pakistan-backed terror module and they have been sent to judicial custody till October 4.

Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has sought judicial custody of the two accused in connection with the Pakistan-backed terror module.

Maharashtra ATS produced the two accused Rizwan Ibrahim Momin and Zakir Hussain Shaikh in Court. However, the ATS did not seek police custody of either of the accused but asked the accused to be sent to judicial custody.
