Asked about the importance of assembly elections in four states and one UT, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said the outcome of these polls, especially in West Bengal, will decide the course of national politics.
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said on Thursday that the assembly elections in West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry are very important to the nation. Rajya Sabha MP from Maharashtra, Raut is also the executive editor of party mouthpiece 'Saamna'. Asked about the significance of assembly elections in four states and one UT, Sanjay Raut said, "The results will decide the next course of national politics, especially Assam and West Bengal." "The Mahabharata in West Bengal is dangerous than the real one," the Shiv Sena leader said.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
