Lucknow: Panic grips as more than 400 admitted in hospitals due to viral diseases

A situation of panic has taken over Lucknow's hospitals as more than 400 people, including 40 children, are admitted in different hospitals due to rising cases of viral diseases.

The viral illnesses are wreaking havoc in the season of weather change in Lucknow. More than 400 viral patients, including 40 children, are admitted in various government hospitals of Uttar Pradesh's capital city. In OPD, 20 per cent of the patients have come complaining of fever, cold and congestion. Although, the doctors say, these are seasonal flu, there is a situation of panic in the hospitals due to the sudden increase of patients with viral fever.
