The letter listed six reasons why the chief minister should transfer the case to the CBI or NIA. Partap Singh said that the anti-gangster task force that was headed by top police officers had “proved to be a failure as it could neither anticipate nor prevent the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala.”
It also said no action can be expected from the task force which has not been able to arrest the culprits who have openly taken responsibility for the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala.
