
Leopard with three cubs spotted at Jaipur's Jhalana forest; first sighting this year

A five-year-old leopardess was recently spotted with her three cubs in the Jhalana forest.
In yet another exciting news for wildlife enthusiasts, a leopard was spotted with her three little cubs in the Jhalana forest reserve in Jaipur. The Jhalana forest reserve is a major tourist attraction for animal lovers where leopards are often seen with their litter of cubs.
Calling it to be the first sighting of cubs this year, the forest officials said that five-year-old leopardess 'Sharmili' was recently seen with her second litter of three cubs in the forest. The cubs are two months old and were spotted with their mother at the watering hole in zone 3 of the forest area.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
