Leonardo DiCaprio Says He's 'Emotionally 35' — And The Internet Has Thoughts
HuffPost
"He has a problematic age gap with himself," one Twitter user joked.
Leonardo DiCaprio turned 50 last year, but mentally he’s decades younger.
The Oscar-winning actor opened up about his emotional age in a rare interview for Esquire, where he was interviewed by director Paul Thomas Anderson. The two collaborated together for the first time in their upcoming film, “One Battle After Another.”
While DiCaprio took Anderson’s questions seriously, the internet had nothing but jokes in return.
Anderson asked DiCaprio, “If you didn’t know how old you are, how old are you right now?” and the “Wolf of Wall Street” actor replied, “Thirty-two.”
Later on in the interview, Anderson shared that Esquire wanted him to ask DiCaprio, “You turned fifty last year. Does it feel like a natural time for reflection?”
