Can’t shut eyes to killing of three persons sitting in SUV, says court
The Allahabad High Court on February 10 granted bail to Ashish Mishra, the son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni, in the Lakhimpur incident in which eight people including four farmers were killed.
The Lucknow Bench of the court had reserved its order on January 18 on Mr. Ashish Mishra’s plea after concluding the hearing through videoconferencing.
On February 10, Justice Rajeev Singh granted bail to him in the case.

The procedure of endoscopic removal of stone and blockage from the bile duct, followed by placement of Common Bile Duct (CBD) stent, widely practised in leading medical institutions and private hospitals, was performed for the first time at Government Thoothukudi Medical College and Hospital on a 10-year-old girl.
