A Hindu organisation has filed a petition in Mathura court seeking a ban on the entry of the public to both Janmabhoomi & Shahi Idgah.
In the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute, a slew of petitions have been filed in various courts. Many Hindu organisations have made several demands, from a ban on namaz in the Shahi Idgah to the transfer of property rights to the Hindus.
Now, another Hindu organisation, Narayani Sena, has filed three petitions in the Mathura Civil Judge Senior Division's court, demanding public entry to both the Janmabhoomi and Idgah should be prohibited with immediate effect.
Filing the petition, the Sena's national president Manish Yadav claimed that the evidence present at the sites could be tampered with if public entry is allowed. The petitioner also requested a court-ordered commissioner to survey the Shahi Idgah premises.

The High Court had issued orders in this case, mandating all the cases to be settled within four months.
In the current petition filed by Yadav, the court has fixed a hearing for July 1.
