Knew approval would come through: Dr Krishna Ella speaks for first time after Covaxin's compliance

While speaking for the first time after Covaxin got WHO approval, Dr Krishna Ella said he knew his vaccine would eventually get approval. He also added he was scared about his team working with a live virus. 

Twenty days after Covaxin was granted emergency use authorisation by WHO, Dr Krishna Ella spoke to India Today TV about how tensed he was about working with a live virus and that he was confident the approval would come through.

Dr Krishna Ella said he was worried about the safety of workers in his plant and that he knew the approval would eventually come through.
