Kerala emerge champions at Postal Cultural meet in Mysuru

Kerala Postal Circle wins championship at the 38th All India Postal Cultural Meet in Mysuru, with Karnataka as runner-up.
The 38th All India Postal Cultural Meet (AIPCM) 2026, organised by the Department of Posts and hosted by the Karnataka Postal Circle, concluded in Mysuru after five days of vibrant cultural performances and healthy competition.
A total of 293 officials representing 21 Postal Circles from across India participated in the national-level cultural event held from February 16 to 20 at the Postal Training Centre (PTC) and the Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) campus in Mysuru.

Based on cumulative performance across various cultural events, Kerala Postal Circle secured the overall championship with 108 points, winning 17 first prizes, four second prizes, and one third prize.
Karnataka Postal Circle finished second with 105 points, bagging 34 prizes, including 16 first, 14 second, and four third prizes.
Odisha Postal Circle secured the third position with 38 points, winning a total of 11 prizes, according to the organisers.
