The owner of a popular pharmacy in Srinagar, Makhan Lal Bindroo, was shot by militants near his shop at Iqbal Park area in Srinagar. The area has been cordoned off and a search operation is underway to arrest the gunmen. What terrible news! He was a very kind man. Bindroo, 68, was shot by the assailants from point-blank range while he was at the pharmacy dispensing medicines, a police official said. He was rushed to a hospital but was declared dead.
