HuffPost
ABC aired a rerun on Thursday night instead of the expected new episode.
“Jimmy Kimmel Live” aired a rerun on Thursday night after a last-minute postponement.
No explanation has been given, and the show’s social media accounts haven’t been updated.
However, LateNighter reports that the postponement was due to a “personal matter” and that the show is set to return with new episodes next week.
Viewers tuning in for Thursday night’s show expecting appearances by “Stranger Things” star Joe Keery, actor David Duchovny, and musical guest Madison Beer saw an episode from last month instead.
Beer wrote on Instagram that her segment had been postponed “due to unforeseen circumstances” and that it would air “at a later date.”
