Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren on Saturday recommended a CBI investigation into the alleged murder of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Saturday decided to hand over the investigation into the hit-and-run death of a Dhanbad judge to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). An official spokesman said that the chief minister has suggested that the investigation into the death of District and Sessions Court-8 judge Uttam Anand be handed over to the primary investigating agency.More Related News

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
