Jamie Lee Curtis Is Freakin' Annoyed By 'Freakier Friday' Review

The actor offered her critique of Stephanie Zacharek's review in Time.
“Scream Queen” Jamie Lee Curtis played it cool in reacting to a brutal review of her new movie “Freakier Friday” ― but it was clear she wasn’t happy.
The Oscar winner scolded Time’s Stephanie Zacharek for being a mean girl in trashing the light sequel starring her and Lindsay Lohan ― who appear together again as the body-swapping mother and daughter from 2003′s “Freaky Friday.”
“SEEMS a TAD HARSH,” Curtis wrote in the comments next to Time’s Instagram summary of the review. “SOME people LOVE it. Me being one.”
A tad harsh would be putting it mildly. “Freakier Friday is a movie that manages to humiliate everybody,” Zacharek wrote. “And it appears to exist largely for one reason: to grift off the fondness many adults have for the original, even though the sequel has none of that picture’s breezy, observant charm.”
After zinging the “horrifically ugly” outfits that Lohan’s character wore, the reviewer zeroed in on Curtis, who “fares even worse.”
