iQOO on Monday (May 26, 2025) launched the Neo 10 smartphone in India. The new iQOO Neo 10 will get 3 OS and 4 years of security updates. It succeeds the iQOO Neo 9 launched last year.
The iQOO Neo 10 has a 6.78 inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display with up to 5,500 nits of peak brightness and up to a 144 Hz refresh rate.
The Chinese smartphone maker has used a 7,000 mAh battery in iQOO Neo 10 which is being supported by a 120 W fast charger inside the box.
iQOO Neo 10 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 mobile processor with up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. It operates on Funtouch OS 15 based upon Android 15 out of the box. It also uses an in-house Q1 chip for frame rate stabilisation.

iQOO Neo 10 sports a 50 MP main camera with OIS along with an 8 MP ultrawide lens. It has a 32 MP selfie camera.
The smartphone also has the gen AI features like Note assist, transcription, and circle to search and many more.
