Karnataka families seek help as relatives stuck in West Asia due to US-Iran conflict share video updates and safety concerns.
Family members of some persons from Karnataka, who are stuck in West Asian countries due to the U.S.-Iran war, are worried.
Among the persons stuck is Mamata Rayareddy, daughter of Basavaraj Rayareddy, MLA and financial advisor to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who is stuck in Dubai, UAE. She is in the house of a friend, and is safe.

Mamata had gone to the UAE three days ago to attend the wedding of a friend. She could not return as flights were cancelled.
On March 2, Mr. Rayareddy told reporters in Koppal that he will bring her back once flights resume, and that there is no cause for panic.
Another person who is stuck is Raghavendra Kudri of Kanavalli village in Haveri district. He is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has appealed to the government of Karnataka to bring him and his family members back to India.
