“India has developed the world’s first DNA vaccine. An m-RNA vaccine is in the final stages of development," PM Modi said during his speech at the 76th United Nations General Assembly on Saturday.

During his speech at the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that India’s first mRNA vaccine was in the final stages.

PM Modi was referring to the mRNA vaccine which is being developed by Gennova Biopharmaceuticals Limited, a subsidiary of Pune-based Emcure Pharmaceuticals.
