"India is a major player on a global stage," Kerry said in his remarks about the India-US relations and collaboration in climate change and sustainability at the South Asia Women in Energy (SAWIE) - a joint initiative of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) hosted their first Leadership Summit in a virtual format .
