The 14th round of Corps Commander-level talks between India and China will be held on January 12 to resolve the issue of disengagement from the Hot Springs area.

“The Chinese side had to send up the invitation for the 14th round of talks. The talks are now scheduled to be held on January 12,” top government sources told India Today.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
