IMD predicts extremely heavy rain in Maharashtra's Palghar over next 24 hours

Maharashtra's Palghar is expected to witness extremely heavy rainfall as a result of the low-pressure area formed over the Bay of Bengal, the IMD said on Monday.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted extremely heavy rainfall in and around Maharashtra's Palghar over the next 24 hours. Isolated heavy to very heavy rain could also lash parts of Mumbai, Raigad and Ratnagiri, said the weather department.
