When various government schemes are named after ‘Namo’ (a reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi) and ‘Amma’ (an epithet used to describe Jayalalithaa), why can’t Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin’s name be used, asks DMK.
