Hyderabad Police orders AI-powered social media monitoring platform
Hyderabad City Police has placed an order for AI-powered social media monitoring and intelligence platform and associated IT infrastructure with a firm based in the city.
Delivery of advanced computing infrastructure and AI-based analytics solutions — designed to enhance data processing, intelligence gathering, and mission-critical operations — form part of the scope of work, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) said in an intimation to Bombay Stock Exchange, where the company is listed, on Tuesday (March 31, 2026).
The order comprises supply, installation and commissioning of AI-enabled high-performance rack servers and GPU-powered deployment of Blura Saga, which is an AI-powered social media monitoring and intelligence platform. Hyderabad City Police has placed the purchase orders for the Social Media Unit, BCSSL said.
Blura Saga is designed to monitor, analyse and interpret social media activity in real time. It enables authorities to track trends across multiple platforms, identify misinformation and understand public sentiment through advanced AI-driven analytics. The platform provides real-time alerts on emerging narratives, supports rapid response through smart escalation mechanisms, and assists in issuing timely official clarifications, the company said.
Such orders further validate the company’s technology capabilities and position it for future opportunities in the public sector, Group chairman Tejesh Kodali said.
By combining sentiment analysis, trend monitoring, and citizen engagement insights, Blura Saga acts as a digital command centre — helping law enforcement agencies stay ahead of potential risks, improve public communication, and strengthen proactive governance, the company said.
