With rivers Ganga and Yamuna flowing above the danger-mark, floods have displaced hundreds in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj.
Rivers Ganga and Yamuna began to flow above the danger-mark in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj on Sunday night. The situation in much of Prayagraj remains the same with officials fearing that floods may also affect urban areas over the next few days. India Today visited the Chota Baghada, Phaphamau and Bakshi Ghat areas of Prayagraj on Monday to review the situation. With hundreds of homes in these areas submerged in floodwater, most residents have fled their homes in a bid to save themselves.More Related News
