High court grants bail to former Punjab DGP Sumedh Singh Saini till Feb 2022

The court said that it is granting blanket bail to former Punjab DGP Sumedh Singh Saini until the Punjab Legislative Assembly Elections, scheduled to be held in February 2022.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court granted blanket bail to former Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Sumedh Singh Saini till 2022. In its orders issued by Justice Arvind Singh Sagwan, the court said that it is granting blanket bail to Singh until the Punjab Legislative Assembly Elections, scheduled to be held in February 2022.
