At least 40 students were allegedly beaten with sticks by some teachers of a government school in Haryana's Fatehabad district. A police complaint has been lodged against the school authorities by the parents.
A police complaint has been lodged against authorities of a government school in Tohana area of Haryana's Fatehabad district after at least 40 students were allegedly beaten with sticks by some teachers on Monday. Ten students were admitted to the hospital after they sustained serious injuries. According to reports, the incident took place at 11 am on Monday after a Class 11 student allegedly whistled inside the class.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
