Fully deployed and prepared: IAF chief on increasing Chinese presence across eastern Ladakh

IAF chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari said the Air Force was fully deployed and prepared as the Chinese side continues to increase its presence across eastern Ladakh. 

There is an increased presence of China's People's Liberation Army Air Force across eastern Ladakh as Beijing continues to enhance infrastructure in the Tibet Autonomous Region, Indian Air Force (IAF) chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari said on Tuesday.

Interacting with media during an event to commemorate the 89th anniversary of the Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Chaudhari said the IAF was fully deployed and prepared.
