Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital, which is the second biggest hospital in north Bihar, was recently in news over its crumbling infrastructure.
At least four children have died in the last 24 hours in Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) in Bihar, news agency ANI reported.
