
Expert accused of hacking ATM machine servers using modern gadgets arrested by Delhi Police

Delhi police arrested an accused who hacked ATM machine servers using modern gadgets. The accused was traced by the records of a gas agency and had committed frauds worth crores of rupees.
A dedicated team of Delhi police started investigations after a complainant lodged a complaint regarding three huge ATM transactions worth Rs 18,40,000, Rs 6,40,000 and Rs 4,80,000 from Canara Bank ATM machines. The complainant said that the transactions took place on three different days and at three different locations by using a fake device, card or software in an illegal manner. In view of such repeated incidents, a dedicated team started investigations.
During the course of the investigation, the complainant provided the images captured by the Canara Bank ATM Machine situated at A Block, Khyala Delhi, in respect of the fraudulent transactions, wherein two persons were seen doing something with the ATM Machine and withdrawing money from the ATM and taking the money in the bag.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

According to the police, 19-year-old Sachin Dharmendrabhai Chaudhary, who works as a labourer, had borrowed the money before expressing his inability to repay it immediately, police said. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
