Police in Chennai have arrested two men for allegedly swindling money by changing the QR codes of shops.
The police in Chennai have arrested two men, including a former employee of a popular digital wallet company, for allegedly swindling money by changing QR codes of shops along the Old Mahabalipuram Road. The main accused, C Vallarasu, used to work as a business development executive at PhonePe. He quit his job in March but had around 460 QR code stickers with him.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
