Elgar Parishad case: Two accused move Bombay HC for clone copies of devices seized

Two accused in the Elgar Parishad case, Sudha Bharadwaj and Gautam Navlakha, moved the Bombay High Court to demand clone copies of the devices seized from them.
Sudha Bharadwaj and Gautam Navlakha, accused in the Elgar Parishad case, have approached the Bombay High Court seeking clone copies of all devices seized from them by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) before charges are framed against them. They stated in their application that it was important for them to get the clone copies of their devices ahead of the trials before the special court.More Related News
