The cooperative banks which have been issued notices are Satara District Cooperative Bank, Pune District Cooperative Bank, Sindhudurg District Cooperative Bank and Ratnagiri District Cooperative Bank. Sources said that office-bearers of these banks have been summoned regarding fictitious loans granted to sugar mills and subsequent auctioning of the sugar mills.
