
Dr. Guduru Jagadish is new director of BIRRD hospital

Renowned orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Guduru Jagadish appointed as Director of BIRRD hospital, Tirupati, vows to enhance medical services.
Dr. Guduru Jagadish, a renowned orthopaedic surgeon, has assumed charge as the Director, of the Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research, and Rehabilitation for the Disabled (BIRRD) hospital run by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) in Tirupati on Thursday. His appointment comes after a prolonged period during which the hospital was being run without a full-time director, affecting medical services. The state government appointed Dr. Jagadish to the post of Director BIRRD and the TTD management issued orders to this effect.
Dr. Jagadish assured that he would work for the development of the hospital in line with the aspirations of the state government and TTD management. He expressed confidence that the services would be expanded to bring special recognition to the hospital at the national and international levels.
On the occasion, many prominent people from the city met Dr. Jagadish, and extended their best wishes.
