The Maharashtra government on Tuesday told the Bombay High Court that it would frame within a week the guidelines for door-to-door Covid-19 vaccination for the elderly, differently abled and those who are bedridden. The counsel for Maharashtra government, Geeta Shastri submitted a draft policy before the Bombay High Court bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
