
Delhi’s Covid positivity rate at 2.7 %, highest in last two months

The national capital, on Monday, reported 2.7 per cent Covid positivity rate. It is the highest infection rate registered in the last two months.
Despite a sustained decline in daily Covid-19 cases across the country, Delhi showed a significant increase in new infections. However, the rise in numbers is marginal.
With the rise in coronavirus cases again in Delhi, the infection rate has exceeded 2.5 per cent.
On Monday, the national capital reported 137 new cases and zero death in the last 24 hours. As many as 144 people recovered from the infections.

With this, the infection rate was registered at 2.7 per cent. This is the highest infection rate registered in the last two months.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
