Delhi Police arrested three people who cheated people of their belongings through hypnotism. Three people have been arrested in this regard.
Delhi Police on Wednesday busted a syndicate of cheaters, three people including a woman, who reportedly cheated people of their belongings through hypnotism. Police launched an investigation after a resident of Sonia Vihar, Delhi, lodged a complaint that she was intercepted by three people, including a woman, on December 6. The complainant said that the trio approached her and asked the way towards Nizamuddin Railway Station.
According to her, the accused woman was carrying a backpack and the trio requested her to get them some food as they feared someone would snatch the cash worth Rs two to three lakh that they possessed. The victim claimed that the trio even showed her a polythene bag containing a bundle of cash, wrapped in newspaper.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
