Police were confronted with a horrifying scene when they entered the North Delhi home: four bodies lay scattered across the room, covered in blood. Lifeless and silent, the gruesome sight left even seasoned officers stunned, with the bloodstains in the night appearing to scream the tragedy that had unfolded.
A murder unfolded inside a house in the lanes of North Delhi’s Samaypur Badli, where a woman and her three children were found in a pool of blood, while her husband remained missing. The incident occurred late Tuesday night in the Chandan Park area and came to light on Wednesday.
On the night of the incident, a nearby resident, who had moments earlier been alerted by the screams of children, glanced at the house and, upon closer inspection, saw a deep red streak of blood seeping through the cracks of the door.
Gathering courage, she peered inside, and the sight of blood-stained walls left her scream trapped in her throat. In the stillness of the night, with trembling hands, she picked up her phone and informed the police.
It did not take long. A team from the Samaypur Badli police station rushed to the spot.
When the door was opened, an unimaginable scene confronted them -- one that left even seasoned police officers stunned.
Four bodies lay in different parts of the room. Covered in blood. Lifeless. Silent. In the quiet of the night, the bloodstains seemed to scream louder.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

India's original Dhurandhar, Ravindra Kaushik, rose from acting at college theatres, to infiltrating the Pakistan Army as a RAW Agent. He provided critical intelligence on Pakistani troop movements and the country's nuclear programme, but died a lonely death after his betrayal and subsequent capture by the ISI.
